How do I tell my parents that I think I've got bipolar?
Whenever I think about telling them or try to start I get all stressed and anxious and tense.
I'm having trouble just posting this.

Hello, Alcinus_of_chell. Would you be okay with leaving your parents a note saying you think you are bipolar would like to talk to them?
Thanks for this!

I understand, I havent told my family about my depression. Its just too worrying how they will react.

But i think deep down, they are your family, and will be really caring and supportive, and probably just be desperate to help you. I expect they will ask you a lot of questions to get a better understanding but im sure you'll feel better after talking about it with them.
Thanks for this!

Tell them that you've got some things on your mind that are private and that you want to see a professional about it. If your parents push you with questioning, just say that you're not comfortable discussing it with them, at least not right now, that it is a private matter, and that you want to see a professional. The other option is to let it fester and turn into something worse. I think they'll help you find someone.
Thanks for this!
