My boyfriend thinks I am not happy with him, when I am. These stupid mood swings get in the way. He can easily annoy me and then my anger can turn into tears. Well, anyone can but I wish I didn't have these mood swings. My boyfriend and I are alright now. He told me he sometimes think someone else could make me happier. But if I was single, I would get more depressed and lonely.... or suicidal. He doesn't want to leave me but sometimes he thinks I want to. But I don't want to leave him. So really, I want to know how I can control my mood swings. Thanks.

Hi sweet happycheeks;

Maybe those meds(that is if you are on them) are not the right meds or dose. Sounds like you need to talk with pdoc about how you are really feeling. I bet he/she can help!!!

Hugs;

I'm not on medication. I used to be and they helped stop my mood swings. I have some more but I don't want to take them. I don't have a pdoc. All this doctor stuff scares me.

Well you just might have to face your fears and go to the doctor. Do your mood swings maybe have something to do with your menstral cycle? Thanks to a very nice person on this site, I am looking into that myself. good luck, sweetie.

I might as well. My mood swings can be something to do with my menstral cycle. But I am not on my period. I do get very emotional before my period. And thanks

It sounds like you have a good boyfriend Happycheeks. How does he annoy you? Are you being to hard on him? Nobody is perfect remember. It might be hormonal. Something natural to try is wild yam you can get it at a health food store. I used to get real bitc#&y about a week before my period,so there was one week out of the month you really didn't want to be around me. HA! I think going to the Dr. might be a good idea they might be able to give you something that would help. Hope things are better today for you.

Well, he didn't reply to my post. Little things do annoy me. I am too hard on him sadly. I don't think it's my cycle. I'm not on my period at the moment. I hope so too

I take a boxing class three days a week, a weight lifting class two days a week, amazing results, great way to let out frustrations.
