I've been friends with this boy for some months, but I don't see myself dating him or getting more serious with the relationship than just being friends. But I know he want's it to be more than friends, and he kind of thinks we are more than friends. I really like that I can be a friend with him, but I really don't want more. It's just so hard cause he contacts me a lot and always wants to be there, and I just feel like it's too much. I don't know what to say to him, cause I'm afraid of hurting his feelings. But I wished that he could just not contact me so much. It feels overwhelming. So I'm not sure how to tell him that. I'm not sure if It's enough just to say that I feel like he's contacting me to much, or if I have to explain something more................

just tell him. i know how he feels cuz im in the same place he is in. its better to let him no than to have his hopes become so great that when he finds out later on he will be crushed. my hopes for this girl i liked were so high that when i found out she got a bf i felt like a complete jackass.
