I'm worried that my baby's biological father may be a paranoid schizophrenic. He's had a history of drug abuse and alcholisim. He has actually tried to kidnap our daughter because I didn't want him around her but acts like it never happened.
He has shown various signs of something being very wrong with him. He is paranoid of mirrors enough that he will actually turn them around so they are facing the wall. He has said he is afriad of getting a job because he is afaird of the government. Most of the time, I can't tell if he is on something when he comes around or not. He believes that all cops are out to get him and while we were actually together he would check my phone all the time and even take pictures of my texts. If I talked to any other guy he said I was sleeping with them. I know he is abusive but I'm worried that there could be more to it. Can anyone help me?

The drugs could be making him paranoid. There's nothing you can do about/for him, it does not sound like, I would not worry too much about your baby yet, give her good care and appropriate checkups with a pediatrician and get away from her father, he does not sound helpful to her or you at all.

concerned girl, If I were you from what you have described I believe I would file a restraining order against him. He does sound that he is sick and may be a very big problem to you and the baby. Does he have visitation rights to the child? If so, because of his mental illness/drug use I would ask that any visitation be supervised. I am with Perna here, keep him distanced from you and the baby.
