Me and my boyfriend are currently homeless and we live with is uncle. I was getting dressed this morning and his uncle walked in on me without knocking or announcing that he was coming in. I stopped the doorr from opening any further and told him to wait and that I wasn't decent. My boyfriend was downstairs n after I got dressed I went and told him what happened. My boyfriend is livid about tha situation and blaming me and calling me nasty names and telln me I'm a ***** and that I like to be looked at. I feel I didn't do anything wrong and I feel I was respecting my boyfriend by telling him what happened. Am I wrong? I don't even wanna be a woman anymore or live here anymore but I have no family or friends and my towns shelters are full. What should I do?

Bless your heart....

No, I don't think you did anything wrong, and I can't imagine why he would get upset...perhaps he didn't understand what happened? It seems very odd to me he would be upset about this relatively innocent incident. :/

I am sorry you are in the situation you are. I hope things improve for you, and I will keep you in my prayers.

(((hugs)))

You didn't do anything wrong. Perhaps your bf misunderstood your explanation of what happened?? Or, maybe he transferred his anger towards his uncle to you (rather than rock the boat by confronting his uncle). That's a possibility...

I don't blame you for being uncomfortable and unhappy. I would be too!! You are in a tough situation. Wishing the very best for you.

Boyfriend sounds like he is lashing out about it, and you are the one he picked. Since you are now dependent on his uncle for a roof over your head, maybe boyfriend cannot go to uncle for risk of the both of you being thrown out. When he calms down maybe try and talk with him realizing you are in a very bad situation living with this uncle.

Hopefully you will be able to get out soon. Keep a watchful eye on uncle though. Sounds like he is a dirty old man that was trying to catch you without clothes.

Boyfriend finds it easier to blame you then his uncle because it may be inconceivable to him that his uncle would do such a thing!!(MAYBE!!!)

No he really blames me...the stuff he sayin to me is so unimaginable that I can't even believe he loves me...I feel less of a woman and worthless. This happened at noon today and its now almost 10 pm and he's still irate with me. I've never been called to many *****es and *****s in my life. And to top it all off I'm pregnant by him. I don't want the baby. He told me he actually believes his uncle and rhat I let him look at me! I've never felt so belittled and ashamed in my life. The feelings I have right now I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy! I teally hate myself n I wish I had some other options.
