me and my "best friend" got into a petty fight and she just stopped talking to me. like I thought she was my best friend after everything we went threw together a petty BS fight ended our relationship as friends. I went to her for any advice I needed and she did the same to me. but what started the fight was I went to her for advice about me refusing to eat when im angry at someone and she said "oh" I let it go and then I went to her 20 mins later for advice about my dog and how to stop her from running around so much because she dislocated her leg and again she said "oh" which set me off. I told her I went to you twice in not even an hour and all you can say is "oh" and it just escalated from their and now we aren't talking and it bothers me. I want to talk to her but she wont answer me. should I just say screw it and forget about our friendship? I do not know

No, it is a valuable friendship, do not just say "screw it". she did not do anything really, truly bad. She said "oh" and not "go **** yourself". Maybe email her saying that you value the friendship and hope that the two of you will get back together as close friends.

Do not invite her to meet, but text her saying that you are available to meet and chat in person if she wants to.
