Today I am experiencing extreme irritability and more lower back pains. My breast seem to look normal however. No change in color around the areola or nipple.

Per OP, your menstrual cycle IS irregular - the regular cycle is 28 days, or, you can have a different but consistent cycle (say, 21 days, each cycle).

OP: "my days apart range between 19-35 days. from dec-jan 2012 i was 38 days apart."

that is extremely irregular - you do not need a professional opinion to confirm that.

Regarding the full check-up: to save money, you first need to determine whether you are pregnant. If you are, then you will determine your next steps with that knowledge. If you are not pregnant, then you might want to do a full check-up, but possibly after waiting for a few weeks. People on here suspect that your symptoms are a result of your thinking/beliefs/worries, etc., so they may go away on their own if the blood test shows that you are not pregnant.

if cost is not a concern, then sure, get a full check-up.

Inform the clinic of your LMP (date of last menstrual period) and they will tell you how to proceed.

I have been feeling like throwing up all day. I ate some spinach, chicken and corn earlier and i can't keep it down. I know that I need food in my system, but I'm afraid to consume whatever's left.

Can you drink liquids (milk, smoothies, etc.)? They are just as nourishing as solid foods and are easier to keep down.

I don't know about certain liquids such as milk and smoothies; however, I will try them. If those do not work then I will just convert to water. I know that no matter how many times I've swallowed today after eating the food listed, it always feels like it's coming up. It is making my stomach hurt really bad.

Water is not going to do the job. You need an electrolyte replacement drink, such as Smart Water, Vitamin Water, etc. - available in grocery stores. And you need to read the label to ensure that you are getting electrolytes. Sports drinks such as gatorade or powerade also contain electrolytes, but they have a despicable taste, in my opinion. Vitamin Water is available in a range of flavors, such of them quite nice, and Smart Water tastes just like plain water.

This happened to me before. It will make your period irregular because of all the extra stress.

I just saw that you took the pregnancy test.

Stress will make it hard to eat, too. It can also upset your stomach.
