Having a compatible needs list. My last round of therapy, my T recommended working on my 'needs', what are they, etc. I've had a cyclical pattern of relationship troubles that was showing and in order to see clearly quicker, discovering my needs was necessary. The pattern, was staying involved, too long, in relationships that weren't satisfying my needs.

So, I did some research into needs. Brought me to a marriage website, albeit, I'm divorced at this point, and my T and I were discussing the on-line friendship that I'd had the past couple of years.

If you are interested in seeing this extensive needs list, I'd be happy to show it...provided it doesn't violate any PC rules(???)
