I haven't been on in over a year and the last year has been interesting to say the least.

I met this woman through a cousin of mine. She lives in the same apartment complex as me and she has a teenage daughter. Her name is LeeAnn.

We became official on June 8 2012.

We spent most of our free time together and we had a lot of great times.
I thought I had finally met a great woman and I was happy. I had been lonely for so many years and I really loved her. She said she loved me. I thought everything was all right.

I told her that my ex Vivian used me and only thought about getting my money and told me that she never loved me after we broke up.

I helped LeeAnn out with the bills and did without to help her and her daughter. I did her dishes and housework. I did everything I could to be a good man for her.
However she became abusive. When we were out in public she would make passes at men and women. I was shocked and hurt and I was numb with grief.

She took advantage of my kind heart and when my money ran out because she spent it all on pot, she broke up with me 2 days after our anniversary. She had always said Vivian was cruel for using me.... and LeeAnn did the EXACT same thing to me.

I feel that I will never trust again and I am hurt and angry.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. But please don't harden your heart against women, because MOST WOMEN ARE NOT LIKE THIS.

The fact that 2 women did the same thing to you MIGHT have something to do with the KIND of women you choose. Perhaps that's at least something to think about. Sometimes men and women both choose the same kind of mate over and over again, even tho they've been hurt time after time. They don't seem to associate the fact that maybe it's the KIND of person they're choosing. For example, lets just say that LeeAnn was an outgoing person. Well then NEXT time you might want to choose someone who is shy and introverted. I'm not saying that it will end up to be an ideal choice -- but perhaps it will end up better than THIS one did.

So sorry to hear this happened to you. Unfortunately, I have heard of this kind of story far too often. Money can buy you love. I hear you about trust. Not all women are out for your money but there will be signs early on. It's hard for someone lonely to see the signs because you want to believe it's love. It's natural. Surely you will want to be with someone again someday and you deserve to be. Next time, don't throw your money around so easily on the women. When a woman constantly asks, or expects, YOU to pay for her or buy her this, that and the other, there is your sign to exit. Next time, look for a woman who knows how to live within her own means and she will not be taking advantage of you. It takes a long time to get over a broken heart...hang in there.
