I don't have friend, because I don't go out. I don't go out, because I don't have friends. How to break the vicious circle of lack of friends, lack of going out?

I don't know where you are but in the U.S. there are many cities with MeetUps and other ways to meet people who have common interests. Volunteering is another way to get out and meet people. Taking a class. And there is always church, if you are a believer.
Look in the local paper and see what is going on around you and maybe something will catch your eye. I wish you luck with this ...

The moment you stop worrying about all of this, the more confident you will become. What is it that's stopping you from going out? House arrest? Overprotective parents? Or that you live too far away from others?
(I go out almost every day now. You can tell by my username who I am but that won't change.)
