I just read a book, silently seduced by Kenneth Adams. I had never heard of covert incest/emotional incest. It hit so close to home that it was disturbing. To put a label to these feelings that I have is a relief . Was wondering if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks for this!

Glad the book helped you. Had a relative who engaged in something similar I think, at one time, years ago, tho I've not read that book. There are some forums and thread that may apply to abuse, etc., more like your present situation, where you may get some more help.l I would suggest checking them out. I know you're not alone! Be well!
