I found this piece in "Psychcology Today" to be quite helpful when experiencing the loss of a relationship (breaking up). I especially appreciate the notion that getting through...you cannot hurry it along. And if feelings linger, perhaps we haven't fully reconciled with one of the steps.

I actually just read this less than an hour ago and just posted about what I am going through. I have been stuck in the "Depression" stage for a year and a half now. On top of that, I have lost 2 jobs in that time frame and have now been unemployed for 8 months. It's basically been pretty brutal.
