just wanted to share a feeling
i had quite an eventful day .My distracted mood cost me an car accident, mild ,but was a shake up.(everyone and everything is Ok ).But that made me think how much of a brain power/concentration we loose being out of our "comfort zone".I thought i will read for a while to relax, but my daughter insisted on horse back riding. I do not ride usually, but she convinced me that it is a quiet horse. Apparently horses do sense tension, because mine was cantering fast into gallop. For a minute there I though I will not make it,but suddenly this overwhelming sense of joy and freedom washed over me,i felt like a wind, free to roam, one with a nature. As soon as I calmed ,horse's canter steadied. That was amazing feeling. If any of you have a chance to ride do it,just make sure you have something to lean on after if you are new to riding ,because wind had no legs to walk for some time

I love to ride horses. I haven't had a chance to in years, but I can still remember how great it was. How free of problems and issues, they just seemed to fall away. Really miss my horse. She got me through some tough times when I was younger. Thanks for bringing back the memories.

Only horse I have ridden and still ride is a steel horse. I don't operate it but I love riding and feeling the wind and when I ride with my H on our bike I feel peace and freedom plus I see things, nature wise, that I never notice in a car.
