Here a psychologist who counsels narcissists and psychopaths spells out how they think and how they feel about things. It seems they can try to maintain relationships but does anyone have any experiences with being married or dating someone with one of these conditions?

"In Sheep's Clothing: Understanding and Dealing with Manipulative People."(Dr. George Simon)

Would I describe certain people, in my life, or who have been in my life, even my exh, as manipulative? Yep.

Now, are we talking about psychopaths that are dangerous members of society? Because, can we always blame the parents, family members of those who turn out to be dangerous?

Can society truly function, without empathy? http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/...-human-society
