Is it rude to: during a conversation, when ones is in the middle of talking/speaking, another person interrupt/ cut them off. ??
Or is it just me who thinks this is rude ?

I feel frustrate, p*ss, mad, angry:
When in a conversation with my family members, when I am in the middle of talking/speaking, they interrupt me, cut me off.

This only happens to me, and they always have a reason to back themselves up for doing so (and for any wrong doing). Leaving me like I am the person who gets angry for no reason.

My mother would said she cannot hear me well with her ears, yes, that happens sometimes, but not all the time.
But she use this as the "winner" card every time, she cut me off.

If their whatever reason are really a reason, it should apply to everyone not just to me.

Being cut off really gets me nerve, I get extremely mad. But on the other hand, then they will upset over I ignore them.

I told them to buy one of those talking doll, in which they can control the conversation, push left hand for X answer, right hand for Y answer, etc. etc.

I don't want to be .... but in the future, I would ignore them totally, and cut off any communication, and not be involve in any parts of their life, because I have enough of how rude they are by cutting me off.

Cutting me off, is rude, is disrespectful, it means you treat this person like nothing. And I told them many many times, that I am very upset when they cut me off. But they will not listen (yes, not only they tend to cut me off, but they don't listen too. )

Hmm. This happens a lot with my sister and I haha. She just has a terrible habit of cutting me off when I'm saying stuff and used to be it really made me annoyed but eventually I got over the fact that it's just one of her more idiotic traits that she needs to get rid of eventually. But for now, to prove a point I raise my hand whenever I get cut off and stare them down until they let me talk again. Someone else said they turned it into an entertaining game because it wasn't worth the effort of getting mad and now she counts how many sentences she can fit in until someone cuts her off.

I guess the main thing is, while you have the right to be irritated, I would advise you try your best to not let it get to you as much because there are a lot of people who do that. Whether in school, in work, in meetings, and etc :P there are rude people everywhere but don't let them ruin your parade. They can only annoy you if you let them!

I think I forgot to say, they did this to me like almost every time I am talking to them.

The facts that:

they cut me off when i am talking
AND
they won't listen (me not being heard)

make me feel very depress, disrespect, and like I am nobody, like I don't matter at all.

The "cut off " and "not listen" , can happen to any topic and subject, at anytime.

Yes, it's rude and not a way to hold a conversation.
You are already ten steps ahead in the game of life, recognizing how this behavior leaves you feeling.
Challenge, going forward, into adulthood and away from your family of origin, is not overreacting to it, yet asserting/addressing such behaviors from others, who may do this, unaware of why it's more painful for you, than others.

Her ears can't hear you? Oh dear....
