I have been out of my relationship for over four months and it seems to be getting harder to get over everyday. I've recently been diagnosed with BPD and so I have been doing some online reading regarding this new diagnosis. However, all things relationship based tend to be about how others can deal and cope with a person with BPD. There's not much on how to cope on a loss of a relationship for a person with BPD. Kind of makes me feel like a wild animal that needs instructions for how others can interact with me
Anyone have tips on grieving the end of a relationship in a healthy way and coping mechanisms that are healthy?
