hey
i have a new rapid cycle bipolar 1 diagnosis.
i've been with my boyfriend over a year.
he takes the brunt of my disease.
i freak out on him constantly. i yell and scream at him. and he's so supportive. i just don't know how to give back, support him and have a real healthy relationship.
help?

Did you just get this diagnosis from a doctor? Are you planning on taking any medication or going to any therapy? I think both of these things would help you to have a healthy relationship with your boyfriend. Keep posting it does help also. I wish the best for you.
