Seems like all my life I'm a target. bullies in and out of school. When everyone breaks the rules to be cool and when I try I'm the only one that gets caught.
This has turned me into "that guy" who can't have fun, and when I do let loose bad things happen. None of this really has anything to do with my bipolar or anxiety. Maybe I'm just overreacting

Just be yourself. Live the life you want, not how others want you to be or you think they want you to be. Don't let others dictate to you what "fun" is. In my experience, trying to live up to other people's expectations is ultimately frustrating and dehumanizing.

Some people get caught because they're not very good at being bad. It's not a bad thing to not be bad. It just means that you'll probably be a lot more satisfied in your life if you don't try to cut loose too much, break the rules or act out.

I have been treated like crap my entire life because of the way I act. I constantly break rules and refuse to be like other people.
People are afraid of anything too different in their lives, the fear causes them to react out of instinct and to separate the source of their fear from the herd. Because they can't physically get rid of you they instead will ostracize and bully you. It ain't easy being green. |
