She couldn't handle me anymore. She wanted what's best for me.She was always there. And now because of the way I am ,I am alone. What to do?

Ya I'm talking but all I've done was add to my list of regrets. I just wanna fix it, but I can't!

Well, I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes that's a wrenching thing to go through. But you can find a new therapist right? What happened that she broke off your therapy?

I'm not sure who specifically you're referring too but this is just one of the casualties of ill health - relationships. It's par for the course i'm afraid and the only thing you can do to combat the guilt and feelings of loneliness is to surround yourself with other people who care and want to support you in any way they can. Sometimes it's not about having the best most clued up people involved in our lives - but cherishing the people who just want to listen.
You will get past this - life is full of transitory periods and situations, this is just one of the more negative examples sadly. Keep talking, we're here to listen. |
