Hello everyone, I've been going through crap for the last 8ish years. However for the last month or so I've been trying get the courage to ask my parents(19 years old) for help and that I'm a wreck. However I'm not sure what I'm really afraid of that keeps me from asking as it all feels like a routine that I can't break even if I got the help I might need.
My second issue is they are pushing very hard to get a job or I'll be kicked out over winter. Which I have given an effort to but I continually get rejected whenever I try.
Basically I want to know how I can ask them for help without ruining the week for them. Or if that is as impossible as it feels how much time should I expect to need to ask for help and minimize the damage?

There isn't a time limit or ruining there week by letting them know you need help. You wont know the outcome of asking for help until your receiving help, there is no crystal ball to tell you how you will or will not be helped.

Just sit down with your parents and explain to them that your having trouble and need help. If you don't think you can verbally say what you need to , then write it down and let them read it.

Take care and welcome to PC
