I broke up with my ex in February and still have an extremely hard time not talking to him .... He makes me feel so bad still but I'm afraid of moving on and I think I won't find better .... Any tips on moving on and getting over him?

Why are you even talking to him? The break up was in February....

Why are you allowing him to make you feel bad?

You are not making sense (I have been in your shoes though).

He makes you feel SO BAD.
You think that you won't find BETTER.

If he makes you feel SO BAD, then almost any random dude would be far, far BETTER.

Imagine a number line from -100 (the worst partner) and +100 (the best partner).

It is like you are now at -100, and a random dude would at least give you a positive 10.

You feel like you won't find anyone better because he makes you feel bad. It's a symptom.

Try and stay away the longer you stay away the easier it will become.

I'm 7 months no contact with an a*hole ex that I remained friends with for 3 years after the break up. That's 3 years 7 months and it's only now that I'm starting to heal. The more you contact him the harder it is.
