Hey.
Shortly after my younger sister gave birth to her first child in 2008, the paternal grandparents kind of "stole" him away and wound up telling crap to social workers and others so they eventually got full custody of him. Anyway, my sister had a useless and utter idiotic a-hole solicitor who dumped her after like 5 years because she felt he wasn't doing enough to help her. She never gets to see the kid anymore. His brother lives with us. They even get to take him on holidays to France and Australia, but my sister couldn't do anything like this and she never even had any of the lost time afforded back to her. Is there anything she can try to fight them here? |

This isn't enough information to make any sort of judgement like that, nor do we have the credentials to. You need to see a lawyer about this.

Yes. She also found out her kid has a lactose (?) intolerance from reports and they lied about it. They had my sister feed him dairy stuff in the past, to frame her. They claimed it was OK, but if he was sick, they would say she was responsible for getting him that way. That's really low to do that over a child.
