my history is really bad and i had terrible past relationship. then when i was online i met this really nice guy. we started off sharing our similarities and i was surprised. he makes me laugh all the time. we exchange number and ever since then we got attached. we never met before. but our relationship is now uncategorized. HE SAYS HE LOVES ME and his actions shows he really care and everything. i started falling for this dude. but im afraid, because i am not good enough for him. he always tells me that i am enough and he always asks me to recover from my eating disorders. but he's playing mind games with me. IDK what are we and i really want to know. whenever i ask him to stop he'll just say he loves me non stop and he dont wanna stop. IM AFRAID OF GETTING DISAPPOINTED again. i dont want to put my expectation high. one day i texted him 'catch me' and he replied 'he will'. but idk if i should ask him what is our relationship. i dont want him to think i am rushing. BUT GOD these questions in my head is killing me. I NEED HELP. WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Welcome to Psych Central (PC) tobaccokisses. Sorry to hear you are confused about your budding relationship. Be careful, maybe your friend has baggage he is not discussing. Jumping into a committed relationship can make one vulnerable to disappointment if things don't work out.

Some people at PC will find a therapist will also help them with eating disorders.

Many people find compassionate, caring people here at PC. Some people find the forums give them the compassion and empathy they seek. http://forums.psychcentral.com

There are articles that go into more detail about coping with eating disorders. Search at Psych Central - Trusted mental health, depression, bipolar, ADHD & psychology information.

Please feel free to private message any of the Community Liaisons by left clicking on the name in blue to the left of their post) for questions or just to share.

I'm sorry but I don't trust him. Why aren't you seeing each other yet? If he lives far from you, I'd say to forget it. You need a real life partner, not a virtual one.

Have you asked where he lives? How could he love you but he hasn't met you in person? What do you know about him? Please share. Please be careful.
