I feel the need to always know what my wife is doing. She is a stay at home mom and acts like she's bired and has a ton of free time when the kids are at school. I get worried if she goes out of town that something will happen to her and I feel like I always need to check up on her. Is this normal?

Is there anything in particular that is making you feel that you need to check up on her all the time? Do you trust her when she says what she's doing?

It's certainly a behavior that could push her away. Worrying about the uncontrollables is certainly something to work through, on your own. Making certain sitting down and reviewing wills and proxies could help?
