Did I really find out -- inadvertently, via my cousin's Facebook wall -- that my sister died... over two weeks ago? Such a thoughtful family of origin. Can't break off 20 seconds to call me overseas? if that's too much of an undertaking, maybe reach out via email? I can still access that as I am not floating around on a chunk of ice in the arctic circle though it certainly feels that way now. Message heard, loud and clear. Go **** yourselves. But there is a bright side in all of this as it will serve as the impetus to my placing even more emphasis on shielding my girls from such petty and vindictive assholes.

You have my condolences on the loss of your sister. I'm sorry your family was so callous as to not call you.

My condolences DR on the loss of your sister.
Losing a sibling is idk, its actually indescribable. Having multiple siblings doesn't make up for the gaping hole, and time?.... well time just helps us to adjust to said gaping hole. You never get to refill that space, it just gets easier to accept, as the pain lessens with the years that go by. I've read and re-read your OP and still cannot wrap my head around your FOO. The only words I have to describe them are not permitted by PC guidelines... I'm glad you are protecting your daughters and their emotional wellbeing from these "people". May your sister rest in peace and may you find solace in your time of grief. __________________ DXD BP1, BPD & OCPD "The best way to make it through with hearts and wrists in tact, is to realise, two out of three aint bad" FOB... |
