When you almost die on your bus , because you see a close male friend who was sorta more at one time have a long history with is a wonderful person I still have feelings for , not bf and gf technically but sorta , very close for yrs, he's going through things , gets a new gf and doesn't say , find out other way, will be friends always even through this rocky Time. The new gf shows up on the bus you take everyday, how do you not have a panic attack?? She doesn't live in my town , he goes to, see her , thought I was safe , should I not go out in neighborhood , depressed anyway so I stay in .how do you guys cope? Soo sad

Socialize with others on the bus, listen to music on headphones, read a book....distract yourself. The friendship can still remain intact just give him space.

I give him space, he just disappeared , doesn't talk to me , I think it may have to do with what he goes through thus is a 15 yr friendship /closeness , it hurts badly now , I got off bus soon as I could so I wouldn't start crying , she doesn't know me so I tried to not look over .
