Ok so here's the thing

I'd befriended a guy bc I thought he was nice and we could be really good friends but then he started to give me weird vibes because of his personality (he wanted me to sign an unusual contract to make sure I'll always be his best friend, he doesn't know his limits when someone says NO) and because of that we fought. Days later he said he wanted to talk to me but he kept asking weird questions that I didn't know the answer but he kept insisting.

We fought again and now I feel that he's creepy and he's just bad news and that I'm danger idk he wants to talk again and I cannot stand his weird questions I've even told him he won't listen.

And the weirdest thing is that all my friends like him and they think he's nice (maybe he is and I'm just being paranoid) and they even now about everything I'm saying here but my friends are saying that it's just his personality and he's just a good guy.

Idk what to do I feel so uncomfortable next to him and I dread the classes I've got with him I feel like he's persecuting me and my friends but hey don't seem to realize.

What should I do? Should I trust my instincts or should I ignore them?

Always trust your gut.

And no, I don't believe you're being paranoid. It is indeed a bit odd for someone to ask for a written contract to ensure you'll always be his best friend. Relationships don't work like that.

Hi Kingdom, a little difficult for me to know if you are being paranoid, or really if your friends are right and this guy is nice etc.
BUT I always say, go with your instinct. If the guy gives you the creeps, stay away!!!

This.

There's always a reason our tummies give us that "Uh-Oh!"-type clench.

Plus, this guy is wanting a guarantee of something that's just bloody well not possible: What, he's gonna sue you for breach of contract if you get a different "best" friend? Anything that unrealistic sounds imo like it's coming from someone who is flat out unreasonable. Mybe even delusional. Up to you how much contact you have with the guy, but probably he'll be quite clingy? Yikes. Be safe.... xo Chy

Trust your gut hon.. he sounds like my ex-husband.. not with the crazy questions and such just that everyone thought he was a nice guy, I was a luck woman to have him...what they didn't know is he was a mental, physical and emotional abuser.. so yes, trust your gut.
