I do see people sometimes. I really had a difficult grip in the moment with reality. I act out in anger and frustration like a child when I don't get my way. I push myself on others for things I couldn't accept or pain I hold on my shoulders building up in the moment.

When I'm let down by someone else and when it comes down to me moving on and I cuss them out an I ungrateful?

I don't think you are being deliberately ungrateful. I think it is more of the illness coming out. Have you worked on this in therapy? Maybe that would help.
