I literally feel like slapping my friends parents. Their parents are always calling them ugly and their father hits them. It makes
me so angry whenever I get to see this friend and their parents are over there doing those things to them. Really, what are their parents trying to accomplish?

Yes, it sucks to know that there are parents who are willing to do that to their sons..

Can't you help them somehow? Idk :/

Who knows what they are trying to accomplish? Is there a school counselor that your friend can talk to? Words can be damaging and depending on the discipline used and the state you live in, also could raise the question of is it legal?
One thing that I have learned from a local psychologist is that brains have the ability to self correct with proper nurturing. But, from what you are describing is the potential for damage.

If you and your friends are still underage, I'd suggest talk to a school counselor, a trusted teacher, or another adult you trust. If you (or the friend) sees a therapist, talk to the therapist.
Verbally or physically abusing children (or even adults) is not ok under any circumstances.
