My ex stalks me online and now he is trying to actually find me in real life. It's really scary. What can I do to stop it? He doesn't directly use threatening words, so police would not help me. I blocked him from everything, but he always find a way to contact me. I feel so scared that I really become suicidal every time I see his name....

The police can help you whether or not he uses threatening words. You need a restraining order put in place.
Thanks for this!

Where are you seeing his name? In social media? Your phone?

Probably I should. I think it's worth trouble, if I don't have to get so scared again.... I already changed my major email address, and I'm not really sure how he knows some of them. Maybe I used it in front of him, but it's really strange.

He probably snooped on your phone or computer while you were still together. He didn't turn into a stalker overnight.

I suggest if you contact the police show them concrete evidence of your ex stalking you. Most times when the cops deal with people with mental illness they are dangerously psychotic. They may not believe you unless you can show proof. Good luck to you.
Thanks for this!

Add his address to your junk/spam folder in the meantime so they don't pop up in your inbox.
