Honestly, I think they are serious. I have these 2 friends that are siblings, they are 14 and 19. They both still believe in Santa and when someone says he isn't real they start cussing, crying and telling you you're a jerk. Why would they still believe in him at their age? Normally anyone older than 8 doesn't believe in Santa.

Do they have intellectual disabilities? I know someone who thinks that superman is real, he is 17.

Don't judge. Let people believe in the magic as long as they can.
