It's been a long 2 years now thought we made some progress in this but turns out that we didn't I have tried everything I could think of. Yes I have a past never cheated and my past is over 7years old long before I was with her she constantly thinks I'm gonna go back to my past or I have other motives of why I am doing things how do we move forward when she won't stop living in the past

I don't know what you can do to change her mind. Maybe couples counseling would help. Sounds like she has major trust issues. Good luck to you.

If she is willing, you have not pointed out whether she is or not but just on the very brief post, counseling could be good if she's willing.
If not, if after 2 yrs she does not believe you are there for her and are going to stick around, I say likely it's best to move on. For 2 yrs you've been faithful and with her. One should not spend the early years of any relationship trying to prove to their mate that they will not betray them. |
