I've been needing to do this post for a while, to sort of, make up for other posts (a few will know what I mean). Can't sleep so here it is:

The best thing about my H is that he has always wanted to spend time with me. It has been that way since we got "hooked" on each other. Nearly all our meals are together. The kids are ocassionally here but our dog always is. We walk, shop and watch TV together. When I am on PC in the evening, he asks me to spend some of that evening time with him. I find it amazing that he wants to be with me all of the time still, after many years of marriage. He is studious (keeps his work skills up to date) and is always looking for new angles in regards to business. He tells me I'm beautiful and sweet even when I'm really not. Stayed with me despite my attempt and all the stress it caused him (some of my family blamed him because they couldn't comprehend that I could do that to myself). Says he'll take care of me always and I couldn't leave him even if I tried. I realize I am very lucky for sure.

So what do you like about your H?

Thanks for sharing!

I like that my H is a fantastic father.
He has a wonderful sense of the ridiculous and can laugh me out of a serious mood.
He cares about my family as well as our own.
He has has lovely blue eyes and a smile that lights his face up.
He listens patiently to me when I am struggling.
He compliments every meal I make like it's the best thing he ever ate.
He is a talented musician.

Thank you Hopingtrying for this. Great idea to have a place where we can express our appreciation for our H's.
H always wants to spend time together and do things together. If we are watching TV together, even if we are quiet, and I'm playing on my phone or tablet, he wants me to put it down and just be there with him. We grocery shop together, we do almost all our shopping together. We take the dogs to the vet together.
He sends me texts and heart emoji's to let me know he loves me and is thinking of me when I'm at work because he knows how hard work is for me. He does this almost every day.
Every day he tells me how much he loves me. Always a hug and a kiss before I go to work and when I get home.
He puts up with my moods and issues, I put up with his. We were meant to be together. 31 yrs so far.

My H is so helpful, especially when I'm hurting (physically or emotionally).
He is affectionate in his own way.
He's very caring, wanting to know how I'm feeling.
He does a lot around the house.
He's funny and can make me laugh.

Good post to focus on the positives. I have complained on here, while never listing all the things I like about my h.
Smart, funny, nice, generous, dedicated, hard working, good taste, fairly open minded, likes new experiences, adventurous, good values, loving

Every hug he gives me it's like he hasn't seen or held me in weeks.
Constantly tells me how sexy I am. Despite me being blatantly not. And acts like I'm the hottest thing on earth.?!
He struggles with words, so leaves me songs, saying they are what he is feeling.
Can always make me laugh out loud.

Never gets frustrated when my meds knock me sideways, and rather than grumble about me napping, he lies with me even when he isn't tired.
....Oh, and when he is wrong he admits it. And apologises.randomly texts "I love you's" throughout the day.

I truly do feel blessed.
Than you for making this thread.
