I posted something the other day about this friend, this is just part 2. I found out threw a third party as to why this friend of mine doesn't answer my messages/ calls anymore. They told me she(friend) said it's because how I look and that because of that she does not want to be friends anymore. Why would a friend do this if you've been friends with them for 10 years? Why would someone in this age range 16-20 be so immature and petty like that?

Because, at that age, many are immature and petty!
