For example I stopped talking to someone about ten years ago.well a few weeks ago she contacts me out of nowhere on Facebook.she claims she has changed since last time we where friends.so I give her another chance.well I call her on the phone & she talks the entire time & then when I try to contribute to the conversation she tells me to hush up I am talking.Well she did this to me & others along time ago & still does it.She called me 4 times recently & every time she would not let me talk & tells me to hush up after I try to get a word in edge wise.yesterday I blocked her because she obviously has not changed one bit

People don't typically change. Change only happens if a person wants it to happen. Sounds to me that you did the right thing by blocking her. There's no reason to continue to validate her need for attention if she isn't going to reciprocate and allow you to contribute.

People do change, in fact we are almost never the same person we were 10 yrs prior, but... with that being said many of the most notable behaviors, whether good or bad are usually the ones that are the most ingrained.
