Is there a name for this? When someone says really negative and horrible things but they say it in a really nice positive voice? So when they are saying these things it seems like it is not mean and hurtful.

Maybe a bit of passive-aggressive or dual-faced passive aggression.

passive aggressive is what it sounds like to me. Even sarcasm itself is usually a form of passive aggressiveness.

It sounds like gaslighting to me.
Sarcasm can be mean-spirited and passive-aggressive. But this...sounds like they are intentionally trying to make you doubt yourself. Don't put up with that kind of behavior from anyone. Ever.
