Hi don't know I have fobby or smth but I can't relax. And just don't know what to talk. Have some friends but even when I meet them always in my mind what to say..it is not problem just with my boyfriend, brother and some other relatives and I feel from people if i don't like them ,.. it's hard to chat with them (even if they smilin but seems that don't want chat with me). Just often thinking what to say .. what to say... I can't stand this what is wrong with me? I want to meet people and am friendly but anyway they don't want to spend time with me.. I'm sympathetic but .. always thinking what to say or maybe what they think about me if I say this... ahh..

P.S. sorry if I'm not so good in english

Musica, welcome to PsychCentral!

I would practice talking to people like store clerks and people in waiting rooms/lines you are with but don't know. Talk about the weather or when they get off work or what they are doing "this" weekend, etc. The more practice you get, the easier it will be to just start talking to anyone instead of worrying about what to say. It will help shift your behavior to "doing" instead of "thinking".
