I'm assuming everyone has people they don't get along with... people who may have decided they are your enemy.
Has someone you believe may be an enemy ever said anything positive about you? [I suppose this can also just be about people you are in conflict with... not necessarily people that could be labeled "enemies"] I can think of 2 incidents.... In one of them, my enemy said I had a lot of courage. In the other, my enemy acknowledged that I understood the material (in a class) better than he did.

Is this a bit of black and white thinking? To cast people at such extremes that they're either your friend or your enemy?
Maybe you need to reconsider how you see people. You're classifying them as people who have decided they're your enemy, when in actual fact it doesn't appear that they are at all. Life is not always black and white. Try see the grey areas too. |

@Crazy Hitch
Thank you... I suppose one may also read my post as saying, "You know you're not perfect, but even those you are in conflict with say:"
