Do you talk about all your problems with her at length? Sometimes that can be exhausting (and annoying) for friends. Do you ask her about her life and what's going on for her?

How often are you trying to text and talk to her? Every day? Multiple times a day? She may be feeling stifled. If a friend tried contacting me more than every other day I would feel really quite penned in and even harassed.

Maybe stop initiating contact and see what happens. If she's a true friend, she'll reach out to you. ((hugs))

I agree with Golden Eve. Stop initiating contact. If she doesn't contact you...the friendship is not there. You can't force it.

Sorry to hear of how she acts. I think it would be best if you had a talk and brought it up with her

I have the same problem. I always seem to make friends with people who never initiate contact with me. I ask them questions about themselves, I show interest in their life and their hobbies and interest. Then I'll go months without any contact after my messages get ignored and they still don't reach out. I don't know if it's me with the problem, or if it's them.

Just know whatever she does or doesn't do, is not about you.
