I exploded at my therapist because she didn’t approve me developing a friendship with someone. I was really angry with her. Is this usual or I should change therapist?

I guess I need more info - not sure why she’d disapprove of a friendship....seems like that could be a good thing. Basically that’s why I went to therapy so I could increase my social network - of course I don’t really know your situation.
