Where to begin.... My husband and I have amazing communication when we stop being hard headed and stubborn. I built up a wall and he has to break it down. We do bump heads a lot because he doesn't understand how I feel so I shut down and so does he. I say mean or hurtful things or be a smartass and he does it back to me to make me feel how he feels and it hurts my fekinga beyond belief. He tells me he's running out of patience with me and hes trying to deal with what's wrong with me. Words hurt !!! I don't like the fact that he isn't as supportive as I would like him to be, he doesn't try to understand or take my feelings into consideration when he says such negative things and to me I feel threatened and again I build up a wall. How do we get past the bull crap ?

Well... I'm not a mental health professional. So, at the risk of stating the obvious, I'll just suggest that the answer may be marriage counseling. (Hopefully some other members, here on PC will have some other suggestions.)
