I don’t think that waiting for visions is a good idea. I think that taking a small step in a reasonable direction is better. Engaging in a some way. What is accomplished by engaging can help reveal, or create, a vision.

Are you expecting a specufic vision? Expectations never turn out to be what we expected. Better to take an active role in working on our expectations so we can see what we really want in our life. I agree with Bill

waiting for anything unknown is usually a bad idea. Thing is, the only things worth waiting for are those things we know are coming. When we pause our life to wait for some unknown thing to happen, you put off being active in your life. And since it's an unknown or at least unknown as to whether it will come or not, it could go on indefinitely keeping you in limbo.
