I have always been in a relationship where we do sex but less communication. We (or i) don't talk much about anything interesting. People get bored. I was told that people will use me for sexual stuff all my life if i don't change. But i find it really hard to change. I give up really fast and desperate that i can't socialize with people. I accept things, and don't fight back when people do bad things to me. Anyone knows why? And how to get out from this giving in habit?

Welcome to Psych Central! Probably something about past explains why you are the way you are, but I don't know you well enough to speculate. Sounds like you need some help with self-esteem, though. Is there a counselor you can talk to about it? Here's a forum here that might help, too: https://forums.psychcentral.com/step...r-self-esteem/

Welcome to PsychCentral. You came to the right place. I used to have difficulty with making friends. I learned how to make friends in support groups. You can learn to make friends in a safe environment by joining one. Healthy relationships involve communication, and you can learn from other people who had similar struggles in a support group. You can also learn from other people in the Relationships and Communication topic. Patience is not easy, but jumping into another relationship could be risky at this point.
