How can I prove to my ex husband's girlfriend that I'm not the one spreading rumors about her ?

Have a straight forward conversation in person , unless you think things could become physical , then a phone call would suffice.
It’s doubtful she will believe you , but at least you stated your truth.

I feel like I need to prove it just for the sake of ending drama.

I'm going to talk to her when in person when I have the chance. I don't know if it will do much good, but I'm going to try.

You can't prove a negative. Stop trying. Going to her to plead with her to believe you just further fuels the drama. Simply stop being drawn into this drama. Ignore.
