Is there something that can happen in your life that can make you start to re-evaluate where you are in life? I think I had one Saturday night Sunday morning. I am not going to get into what happened but it did. At that moment I realized what everyone had been telling me before...back off. So at this point I have decided to back off and let my wife be the person she needs to be. Also do you think it is ok for me to ask to hang out with her on occassion or should I just be gone completly? Any help would be great. Thanks

iF SHE WANTS SOME SPACE THEN YES MAYBE THAT WOULD BE FOR THE BEST, BUT NOT BACK OFF COMPLETELY AS YOU HAVE YOUR KIDS TOO....

Let her know you are there for her but you have to live too....that way you will both have time to think and make the right choices.....only my opinion hon, Love Jin xx Snap

I would never deny my children, they are the two most beautiful and loving children. As far as letting her know that I am there, she knows that and you are right I have to live too. Thanks Jinn.

When I almost lost my wife, I had to give her space. Respecting her wishes and needs is the best thing you can do right now.

Dragon, my thoughts are with you. Good luck. I know how much this can hurt.

I think maybe ask her on a date sometimes would be good too. just not make yourself so available. I mean not calling her all the time and such. thus giving her space but keeping the door open.
