What is one phrase that people are always saying to you, and how does it match up with a pattern in your life? And if it is negative, what would you rather hear more often?

Mine is:

"Don't be a martyr"

It does match up with the pattern in my life of neglecting self-care and catering to the demands of others.

I would rather hear more often:

"You are doing a great job taking care of yourself"
