Hi anyone who wants to help. I'm struggling with a breakup with the love of my life. A little about the situation is we had lived together for three years and have been doing long distance for the last 8 months. Those last 8 months it has been a rollercoaster of breaking up and being together. She says she wants nothing to do with me anymore she's not in love with me anymore but just a few days ago she said she loved me. And now she's on the I'm over you kick. I really need help because one of our issues is that I drink to much and I get mad angry and scary. That's her biggest complaint and I try my hardest I try not to drink but I get bored. She won't communicate with me and is unwilling to want to fix our relationship. She has told me so many mean things and has slept with someone else and I forgive her but she wont forgive me and is threating to block me and all communications. But I'm such a jealous person I'm worried she's going to move on and find someone else. Please I need help winning her over I'm not ready to lose her cause I thought we would be together forever. Thanks sorry if you need more details I can add.

I’m just going to be blunt.

Your drinking is probably the problem , no one wants to be with someone who becomes scary like you have admitted too.

You drink because your bored? Nope sorry, if you can’t find a hobby to replace alcohol with then your an alcoholic and need to actively seek out help to stop if you actually want to stop of course.

I hope you two can manage to salvage your relationship.

Good luck

Do you attend AA? What sort of help/support do you seek out to help you stop drinking?

Severe jealousy is also a problem. Do you see a therapist?
