Yesterday neighbours were rowing again. English not their first language so don't know what it was about.

This time I called the police because she started screaming. There had been the usual raised voices, banging doors, things thrown. Police turned up in ten minutes, blue lights and siren. They left around forty minutes later.

Not received any follow-up yet, not sure if I will. Hope I don't get any adverse reaction from neighbours as I know I did the right thing. An advert for NSPCC has played a lot on UK television recently highlighting a neighbour's concern about a child. That's been on my mind although it's just the two of them.

Please be very careful. We of course have far more guns in American than you do in B'ham, but these things do not always end peacefully--as you know. Protect yourself.

Am being careful but understand what you are saying.

Pleased to report there's been no repeat. Strangely quiet. He's there but don't know whether she is. Walls are so thin, usually hear some noise from them, especially in the bedroom, lol!
