I have a friend who happens to be a guy...
Anyway he has another friend who happens to be a bisexual man, but my friend is straight... But his bisexual friend keeps hitting on him, often very nasty like... My friend told me he is only friends with this other man because the other man will come up with false charges against him if he stops being his friend, he did that in the past and almost send my friend to jail... Me and my friend go places together, etc... And when this other man found out, he's calling my friend obscenities and threatening him if he continues going places with me... This seems really abusive to me... Advice please? I feel sorry for him...

That sounds like a dangerous situation for your friend. Can he stay somewhere else for a while? If the other person is making threats, it sounds like getting away would be a top consideration. The other person sounds abusive and not safe. I'm sure during covid that could be more complicated. Does the other person have some kind of leverage against your friend? It's not just women that are abused--men are too. Does your friend have a roomate, or a lawyer? Or maybe a friend who is bigger and intimidating to the guy that's bothering him.

Your friend needs to immediately call the police and make a report. If something worse happens he needs that ground work to support the claims he might need to make.

Tell your friend to let his friend go. Abuse is unacceptable. Either he can let his friend go or he can give that friend an ultimatum. Be honest in how you feel about it, and talk to your friend.
