So as the title says, the more i learn the less i want to talk about anything at all, over the past 6 months i've learned that nobody cares about you if you are nothing and this did make me a bit sad at the time but im good now but i always think "Why should i bother talking, its not like its going to do anything".
For the record im in my last highschool year, and im a very open minded and spiritual individual, not the smartest but i wouldn't consider me dumb either, i like being alone very much so, and i have sensory processing sensivity. And from what i've observed i do still talk but im always thinking "does this need an answer", "isnt the answer obvious", etc. Im worried that something might be wrong with me since before this, i was pretty sociable. Its just that i see no point in speaking at times. |

It sounds like you are developing and maturing. It’s actually ok to do more listening than talking too. We can learn more by learning to listen.

But i was listening before too, and even thinking before i speak, but that would explain my episodes of being so afraid of what the future holds.

Right now a high percentage of people globally are worried about the future. So what you are feeling is normal.
